Buy your e-ticket on this website and scan the QR code when you arrive at the ferry in Den Helder. You can either print your ticket or scan the code from your mobile phone. This will save you having to queue at the ticket desk.
Car lincense recognition
Are you travelling to Texel by car? If so, it makes sense to register your licence plate with us. This gives you quicker access to the ferry terminal: the barrier opens automatically when the system recognizes your licence plate.
Please note: Licence plate recognition only works in the three lanes on the far right. If there is a lot of traffic, you may have to wait a while before you can enter the area.
Are you travelling in a different car? No problem. You can use your ticket for any vehicle as long as you scan the QR code.
